Focus was spent on cabinetry, tile work, and wood accents throughout the house. Mixing a mountain aesthetic with clean lines and natural light makes this home an inviting place to spend your days. Not to be forgotten, careful thought went into accent lighting, helping create the perfect mood setting on a quiet evening.

Special features include full tiled walls, a large double master shower, and whiskey room – a special retreat all to itself. The large kitchen pantry has its’ own sink and refrigerator and plenty of storage for keeping the main kitchen area clean and clutter free. This home features two sets of washers and dryers so you are never far from doing laundry!

Just as important as what you can see is what is beneath the surface. A two-zone HVAC system ducted in metal piping adds quick and efficient climate control to the house. Two tankless water heaters provide endless instant hot water.

Lounging outside is as much fun as staying indoors. A custom built-in firepit gives you a place to congregate while the steaks finish at the BBQ station. Afterward, time can be spent in the hot tub while staring at the stars.
